RETURNS

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Team before a refund is processed.

  • Product Condition: We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if items are not in acceptable condition.

  • Mistaken Orders: Return shipping costs are not covered if the order was placed by mistake.

WARRANTY

  • Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any manufacturing-related issues within 6 months of receiving your purchase, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • We will replace any damaged or defective item once confirmed, within the 30-day timeframe.

  • Shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

  • Return instructions will be provided; please complete this process within 30 days of delivery.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to correct the issue.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable. If initially covered by us, they may be deducted from your refund.
