RETURNS

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Team before a refund is processed.

Product Condition: We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if items are not in acceptable condition.

Mistaken Orders: Return shipping costs are not covered if the order was placed by mistake.
WARRANTY

Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any manufacturing-related issues within 6 months of receiving your purchase, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will replace any damaged or defective item once confirmed, within the 30-day timeframe.

Shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

Return instructions will be provided; please complete this process within 30 days of delivery.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to correct the issue.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable. If initially covered by us, they may be deducted from your refund.
